Privacy policy
How Circuit Compass handles information when you read a guide, search the site or contact the publisher.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This policy applies to Circuit Compass at www.circuitcompass.online. For questions about your information, contact autobotgamer27@gmail.com. Google's own practices are explained in how Google processes personal information.
Reading and searching the site
You can read our guides without creating an account. The site currently has no account registration, public comments or separate third-party analytics scripts. Content pages load the Google AdSense script described below. Search matches the words you type against a guide list in your browser; it does not send your search text to a search service.
Information you send by email
If you email Circuit Compass, the publisher receives your email address and the contents and attachments of your message. We use this information to respond, investigate corrections and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment details or other sensitive information.
Our contact address uses Gmail, so Google processes those messages as the email provider under its privacy policy. Clicking an email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you choose to send it.
Website delivery and request data
When your browser requests a page or image, the hosting and network providers receive technical information needed to deliver it. This can include your IP address, browser information, requested URL, referring page and request time. Providers may keep request logs for security, reliability and abuse prevention. A search term included in a page URL can also appear in these logs, so do not put private information in a URL.
Cookies and browser storage
The site's own features use browser storage as described here. Third-party advertising code may use cookies or similar identifiers as described in the Google advertising section below. The homepage uses browser session storage to keep a temporary list of featured guides, so the featured article can rotate as you browse. This list stays in your browser tab and is not sent to us. It normally clears when that tab's session ends; restoring a browser session may restore it.
You can clear site data using your browser settings. Blocking browser storage may cause featured guides to repeat, but you can still read the articles. Search text remains in the current page unless you place it in a page URL yourself.
Promotional links
Some pages display a promotional link to GamingLand. The panel is served as part of Circuit Compass and does not load a GamingLand tracking script or image. If you follow the link, you leave this site and that website's own privacy practices apply.
Google advertising
Our content pages include Google AdSense code to connect the site to Google and support advertising. Loading this code sends a request to Google even when no ad is displayed. Ad display depends on Google's approval and advertising settings. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalize ads using those visits.
Advertising services may process IP addresses, browser or device details, page and ad interactions, and cookie or similar identifiers to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Cookies and web beacons may be used for these purposes. We will update this notice to identify additional advertising providers and their privacy choices before enabling them.
You can manage or opt out of Google's personalized advertising in Google My Ad Center. YourAdChoices offers opt-outs for participating third-party advertising vendors. These choices affect participating providers and do not necessarily remove all advertising. Read more about Google's use of information from partner sites.
Advertising consent choices
Use the provider controls linked above to manage personalized advertising. Where a consent message is displayed, use its controls to review providers and make or revisit your choices. Browser settings also let you block or clear cookies. These controls have different scopes: clearing cookies does not by itself change all preferences stored in a Google account. Our guides remain available to read without creating an account.
External websites
Our guides link to manufacturer documentation and other resources. Those websites control their own information collection, cookies and retention. Review their privacy notices before submitting information to them.
Retention and your requests
Email is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the message, maintain a correction record or meet legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain uses. Send requests about information held by Circuit Compass to autobotgamer27@gmail.com. Include enough detail to identify your earlier message without sending sensitive identity documents.
For information held by an external service under its own privacy policy, use that provider's privacy controls or contact it directly.
Children
Circuit Compass is a general-audience technology publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to the publisher.
Policy changes
We will update this notice when our use of information changes, including when an advertising, analytics or communication service is added. The date above identifies the latest revision.
